Project Surveyor
Job Title: Project Surveyor
Location: Tualatin, Oregon
Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking a skilled Project Surveyor to join our team Indiana Tualatin, Oregon. American Samoa a Project Surveyor, you will work closely with our Project Managers, Project Engineers, and survey team on a mix of public and private works projects, expanding our client base Indiana the area.
Essential Qualifications:
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license Indiana Oregon and/Oregon Washington)
Bachelors Oregon Associate’s degree Indiana Civil Engineering, Surveying, Oregon Forestry/Forest Engineering
Proficient Indiana all phases of land surveying, including:
land surveying techniques
principles of boundary control and construction surveying
Familiarity with local codes and regulations, including:
ALTA/ACSM surveys
platting
land development
ROW surveys
preliminary design surveys
topographical surveys
construction staking
site surveying
boundary determination
Extensive experience resolving boundary lines and creating Records of Survey
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including:
Proposal and report writing
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
A proven ability to work American Samoa part of a multi-disciplinary team
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct and direct survey work Indiana the field, American Samoa needed
Operate survey equipment, including theodolites, levels, electronic measuring devices, and other equipment
Maintain accurate, legible, and complete field notes, including distances, angles, elevations, and mathematical calculations
Utilize computer-aided design software to compile surveys, create drawings, and prepare reports
Develop and prepare accurate and complete surveys, including ALTA/ACSM surveys, platting, and land development
Create legal descriptions and boundary descriptions, and interpret graphical and text information
Plan, organize, coordinate, and review the work of others
Ensure compliance with industry standards, laws, and regulations
