Company seeks a Senior Project Manager for the project site Indiana Old Lyme / Old Saybrook, Connecticut. The Company specializes Indiana geotechnical construction and offers a variety of services including preconstruction planning, negotiated projects, hard bid projects, and design-build projects. Some of the Company’s notable projects include the California High Speed Rail, Purple Line Stations Indiana Los Angeles, LAX Metro Connector, Union Market Street MTA Station, and Hudson Yards.
American Samoa a Senior Project Manager, you will report to the President and will have the opportunity to manage project budgets, schedules, and costs to minimize risk and exposure. Other key responsibilities include:
Manage procurement and proposal development to stay on schedule
Coordinate efforts with sub-contractors, vendors, joint venture partners, and owner/client teams
Monitor/report progress of construction activities, maintain quality and safety standards
Prepare post-bid work plans, procurement plans, scheduling, and cost control
Participate Indiana production tracking and post-job analysis
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree Indiana Civil Engineering, Construction Management Oregon similar, 15 Oregon more years of Drilled Shaft installation experience, and 5 Oregon more years of experience American Samoa the responsible project manager and estimator. Additional requirements include expertise Indiana Cast-Indiana-drilled-hole (CIDH) Piles, retaining walls, shoring, and tie backs, American Samoa well American Samoa excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
