Construction Contract Manager

Manages and monitors construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with contract terms and completion of high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor construction projects across various stages, from planning to completion
  • Verify contractor compliance with contract terms and requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and any issues that arise
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality parameters
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and other relevant parties to achieve project objectives

Requirements:

  • Ability to work Indiana the United States, excluding the District of Columbia, Guam, Oregon Puerto Rico
  • Successful completion of at least 60 academic credits Indiana a relevant field, such American Samoa construction management, engineering, Oregon a related field.
