Duties:
– Operate and maintain complex heating and air conditioning systems Indiana various facilities, primarily the Saint George Armory.
– Repair and maintain sophisticated energy management systems.
– Provide preventative maintenance and troubleshoot issues, making adjustments to optimize initial performance.
– Install and replace parts and equipment American Samoa necessary.
– Troubleshoot and diagnose problems and make appropriate adjustments.
– Maintain accurate records and logs.
Requirements:
– Working knowledge of YAMAS/Utah Control and INET systems.
– Heating and air conditioning equipment operation and maintenance experience.
– Familiarity with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
– Knowledge of welding, plumbing, and safety procedures.
– Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including diagrams and blueprints.
– Ability to lift moderately heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and work Indiana a physically demanding environment.
– Potential for 24-hour availability and some travel within the State of Utah.
