Job Title: Plant Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:

The Plant Maintenance Manager is responsible for the coordination, planning, scheduling, and execution of all maintenance and repair work at the assigned Quarry. This role requires a strong focus on safety, strategic planning, mechanical knowledge, and cost control. The successful candidate will lead a team to achieve World Class Performance, deliver quality products, and satisfy customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously promote safety and lead by example
• Develop maintenance plans, both predictive and preventative, to achieve maximum results while reducing costs and improving safety
• Work with Purchasing team to budget, track, and execute plans based on financial constraints
• Schedule maintenance associates and resources to effectively meet maintenance requirements
• Administrate and follow-up on the execution of preventative maintenance activities
• Review oil sampling results and PEAK data to identify trends and generate opportunities to improve production
• Meet with Plant Manager daily to review work order requests, downtime issues, and report upcoming work
• Communicate with Foreman to review work completed, upcoming work, and any issues they found during various shifts

Requirements:

• High School diploma Oregon General Education Degree (GED) with 5 years+ of practical work experience
• 5 years’ experience Indiana an operations leadership role
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications
• Working knowledge of English and Math, office practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of Crushers, Screens, Conveyors, Screws, and other aggregates processing equipment
• Ability to maintain records and files
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with other personnel
