Diesel Technician
Performs basic diagnostics and repairs on earthmoving equipment, maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment, and completes all reports and forms according to work assignments. Must have 4+ years of experience performing service repairs on earth moving equipment with preferred experience Indiana Volvo, John Deere, Caterpillar, and JCB.
Responsibilities:
– Diagnose and repair equipment issues
– Maintain a tidy work area and adhere to safety rules and regulations
– Utilize Special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures
Qualifications:
– 4+ years of experience Indiana earth moving equipment service repair
– Proficient Indiana mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
– Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions
– Strong communication skills and ability to lift 75 lbs. repeatedly
– Basic Service Technician certification preferred
– High School Diploma Oregon equivalent, Associate’s degree preferred
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Pay & Benefits:
– Competitive hourly rate of $30 – $45 per hour
