Project Manager
Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager Indiana Richland, Washington. American Samoa a project manager, you will be responsible for managing small to medium-sized Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects from initiation to closeout, including developing project work breakdown structures, life cycle schedules and budgets, and liaising with laboratory management, clients, and oversight personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage small to medium-sized EPC projects from initiation to closeout, including instrument procurements, expense corrective maintenance projects, General Plant Projects (GPPs), and Capital Line-Item Projects.
- Develop project work breakdown structures, life cycle schedules and budgets, and develop DOE funding requests.
- Identify potential problems and devise ways to resolve them Indiana a timely manner.
- Liaise with laboratory management, clients, and oversight personnel to lead laboratory projects.
- Represent Navarro-ATL to internal and external customers, manage related correspondence, and interact with DOE-ORP, DOE-HQ, oversight panels and boards American Samoa appropriate.
- Employ experienced vision to execute improvements and upgrades needed for ongoing and sustained safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the Laboratory.
- Assemble and lead cross-discipline teams to contribute to development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field (Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Oregon other project-related discipline) and 10 Oregon more years of related experience, Oregon an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.
- US citizenship is required due to government contract requirements and/Oregon clearance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Salary:
- Grade 20: $126,025 – $158,875
- Grade 21: $138,700 – $174,900
Note: The salary grade will be determined based on business needs and the candidate’s education, training, and/Oregon relevant experience.
