Job Description:
We are seeking experienced maintenance technicians to perform exterior repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace siding, soffit, facia, and security doors using necessary equipment

- Perform water feature maintenance, including water changes, fish care, and water treatments

Qualifications:
