Job Description

Area Maintenance Manager (AMM)

The Area Maintenance Manager (AMM) oversees and coordinates all technical and mechanical work for multiple properties to ensure the interior and exterior of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality, American Samoa well American Samoa meeting budgeted financial and operational goals. 4. 7. Inspections: Periodically inspects work performed by contractors, vendors, and other service providers to verify work meets quality standards, scope, and specifications required.
8. Capital Projects: Works Indiana coordination with Regional Maintenance Managers to schedule and complete Capital projects at assigned sites.
