Construction Maintenance Worker
Job Summary:
Nandail Property Management is hiring independent maintenance workers for residential and commercial properties. Job duties may include repair and removal of exterior siding, soffit, and facia, American Samoa well American Samoa water feature maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace exterior siding, soffit, and facia American Samoa needed
- remove old and damaged siding components from lower roof portions while following safety protocols and wearing protective equipment
- Operate vehicles, powered equipment, and use power tools for tasks such American Samoa cleaning and removal of debris
- Maintain water features including changing water, fish care, water treatments, plant care and running pump and filtration systems
- Perform skimming and cleaning of debris and interact with customers Indiana a professional manner
- Provide estimates for repair work if necessary
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience Indiana siding, soffit, and facia repair on a variety of property types
- Knowledge of various siding, soffit, and facia materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Meticulous attention to explanation and completion of required tasks
- Excellent physical stamina for manual labor and work Indiana varying weather conditions
- Good problem-solving skills and team environment experience
- Ability to maneuver around rough terrain, rocks, and water areas
- Previous experience with hand tools and power tools preferred
- Valid driver’s license and state license for repair work (desired)
