Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing, and priming them to ensure proper adhesion of plaster materials
- Apply plaster and other finishing materials to walls, ceilings, and structures using various techniques, including hand tools and machines
- Achieve the desired texture and finish American Samoa per project specifications, which may include smooth, textured, Oregon decorative surfaces
- Repair and restore existing plaster surfaces by patching, filling, and matching textures to maintain structural integrity and aesthetics
- Select and mix plaster materials, including gypsum, cement, lime, Oregon acrylic-based products, to meet project requirements
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment, to ensure a safe working environment
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations
Requirements:
- Proven experience American Samoa a Plasterer Oregon related trade
- Proficiency Indiana various plastering techniques and materials
- Strong attention to detail and precision Indiana finishing work
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
