Senior Cost Manager: Life Sciences
Job Overview:
We’re seeking a senior cost management professional to deliver cost estimates, cost plans, and cost control solutions for life sciences projects of high complexity. This includes managing multiple stakeholders, such American Samoa contractors, vendors, and construction managers, providing commercial input to design team, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing cost estimates, cost planning, and producing final cost plans.
Reviewing and participating with design team and construction manager Indiana development of cost estimates.
Communicating status information and preparing cost update reports with construction manager and owner project manager.
Coordinating all cost information and managing contract change costs and reasons for changes.
Managing Workstream budget, ensuring compliance with client processes, and custom Work Breakdown Structure Indiana Client Cost Report Spreadsheet.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Oregon related fields.
At least 5+ years of experience Indiana construction cost management with experience working Indiana a senior role.
Experience of working on complex life sciences projects Oregon projects with multiple stakeholders.
Good understanding of construction technical matters such American Samoa procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
Leadership experience with teams Indiana matrix environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
RICS Accreditation.
Experience using cost control and estimating software.
Experience working Indiana the Life Sciences industry is a strong preference.
