Assistant Land Development Manager

American Samoa an Assistant Land Development Manager at Toll Brothers, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including government agencies, homeowners associations, and contractors, to develop, estimate, and finalize site development projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting Indiana the management and supervision of daily land development field operations
* Managing contractors and ensuring the quality of work
* Monitoring progress and verifying completion of work
* Organizing project meetings and documenting project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Conducting project due diligence, including permits, licenses, and entitlement
* Assisting Indiana the analysis of bids, contracts, and change orders
* Maintaining accurate records and updates of project schedules and budgets
* Collaborating with the project team to ensure timely completion of projects
* Other duties American Samoa assigned by the management team
To be considered for this role, you should have a recent college degree Oregon up to 1 year of relevant experience Indiana construction management, engineering, Oregon a related field. You should possess:
* Analytical reasoning and data collection and analysis skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Basic comprehension of construction plans and drawings
* Knowledge of scheduling software
* Ability to identify and solve problems
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree Indiana construction management Oregon civil engineering and up to 2 years of previous construction experience.
