Senior Healthcare Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Project Manager to lead large, complex multi-phased OSHPD-1 healthcare projects Indiana our Los Angeles office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, and the motivation to engage with our resources Indiana achieving high-performance, sustainable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a design staff of up to 60 team members and plan, organize, and supervise their work
- Responsible for accuracy and applicability of documents for the entire project
- Build and maintain day-to-day working relationships with clients and consultants
- Lead decision-making process with fiscal accountability and responsibility
- Develop and execute a management work plan for the overall project
- Assist with proposal preparation and participate Indiana client presentations/interviews
- Responsible for all correspondence, reports, documentation, and general administration for the overall project
- Ensure the execution of the project within the boundaries of the design intent
- Apply sound and diversified knowledge of architectural principals for all aspects of the project
- Make independent decisions on architectural problems and methods
- Negotiate and draft/write fee proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with other studios, American Samoa needed
- Develop and leverage existing client relationships for the purposes of winning work
Requirements:
- 20+ years of professional experience Indiana Architecture
- At least 10 years of experience American Samoa a Project Manager
- Experience with complex multi-phase healthcare projects
- Bachelor’s degree; B Arch Oregon M Arch desired
- Architectural licensure Indiana California required
- Must have OSHPD/HCAI experience from design through construction
- LEED Accreditation Oregon within 18 months of hire
- Knowledge about LEAN practice and adept Indiana change management
- Excellent leadership, verbal and communication skills, and effective client relationship skills
- Knowledge of Revit and BIM delivery implications
- Working expertise Indiana Bluebeam Revu and PowerPoint
