Electrical Construction Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at a Premier Electrical Contractor. The company consistently secures bids for top Electrical Construction Projects nationwide.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize trade specific project management software such American Samoa Bluebeam, Vista Oregon other scheduling software to effectively manage project schedules and workflows.
- Employ technical programming skills, specifically with AutoCad, Revit, Oregon Navisworks to create and utilize 3D Building Information Modeling (BIM) for complex project coordination.
- Ensure efficient communication and project coordination with project teams, stakeholders, and clients throughout multiple construction projects across various locations.
- Collaborate with various teams including Electrical Engineers, Estimators, and Construction Supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Maine-based experience Oregon knowledge of local construction regulations highly preferred
- Experience working with trade-specific software, construction management practices and BIM modeling preferred
