Job Title: Construction Project Site Inspector
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Site Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, observing construction practices, and ensuring compliance with project design applications and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections to observe ongoing construction projects and ensure adherence to project design applications and specifications.
- Monitor and report on construction site activities, safety, and quality control.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and engineers to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of site inspections and observations.
- Work with employment agencies to adhere to recruiting requirements.
- Perform other related duties American Samoa assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana a related field (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.) Oregon equivalent experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience Indiana construction project inspection Oregon a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and design applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
Working Conditions:
- The position requires working at construction sites, which may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands.
- The candidate must be able to walk, climb, and communicate effectively on-site.
Salary Range:
The typical salary range for this position Indiana Colorado is $60,000 – $80,000 depending on experience.
