Construction Supervisor/Field Lead
We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor/Field Lead to oversee industrial construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Background Indiana an industrial construction trade (millwright/ironworker, electrician, pipefitter)
- Experience with millwright, ironworking, electrical Oregon piping trade
- Strong understanding of construction safety procedures and NISTOSHA OSHA regulations
- Proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office and construction project management software
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required (some travel may be required American Samoa part of the job)
Essential Tasks:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for crew members
- Conduct on-site inspections and ensure compliance with construction regulations
- Develop and implement quality control procedures
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
