Position Overview:

Chewy is hiring for a Start Up Project Manager of Construction, Launch, and Facilities (CLF) who will serve American Samoa the leader of multiple construction projects including new fulfillment centers and corporate offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve American Samoa the project leader for multiple construction projects, including new fulfillment centers and corporate offices
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, operations, and facilities teams to ensure project alignment and success
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Manage and oversee project budget, schedules, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and cost-effective project execution
  • Provide project updates and reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer obsession within the project team
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness
