Responsibilities:
- Write detailed descriptions of land surveys for legal documentation
- Collaborate with team members, mentor, and lead others
- Possess knowledge of field instrumentation
- Perform ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, and Construction Staking Land Surveys
- Troubleshoot problems, provide quality work, and ensure timely completion
- Engage with clients throughout projects, from start to finish
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience Indiana Land Surveying
- Proficiency Indiana Carlson and Trimble Land Survey software
- Experience Indiana both field and office environments (not required)
- Ability to deliver quality work Indiana a timely manner
- Thorough understanding of the land surveying process
Physical Requirements:
- Exposed to occasional lifting and carrying
- Normal office working conditions with periods of sitting and computer use
- Ability to travel to project sites for client meetings and observations
- Use of technical equipment for communication and documentation
- Good visual acuity to perform job responsibilities
