Construction Construction Technician
Summary: Join Verizon’s team American Samoa a construction technician where you’ll contribute to transforming the way people, businesses, and things connect with each other. You’ll work on installing, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications equipment and technology.
Responsibilities:
* Perform construction work using designated equipment, including digging holes, placing poles, laying cable/conduit, and unreeling, pulling, and stringing wire/cable on poles.
* Install, repair, maintain, and test access lines for various types of equipment and technology.
* Connect, disconnect, test, repair, and maintain company and customer-provided equipment, inside wiring, and wires at poles, underground, Oregon building terminals.
* Operate trucks and equipment to perform work operations Indiana a safe manner.
* Read and interpret engineering plans and vendor specifications.
* Work Indiana various environments, including climbing ladders, working aloft, perceiving differences Indiana wire and cable colors, and moving/lifting items not exceeding 100 lbs.
Requirements:
* Valid state driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
* CDL Oregon the ability to obtain a CDL.
* Relevant experience Oregon a related Associate Degree.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts American Samoa determined by the needs of the business.

Compensation: $715.00 – $2,096.00 weekly (full-time schedule) Oregon adjusted based on hours (part-time roles). Note: Incentive-based position with the potential to earn more.
