National Grid Graduate Development Program: Associate Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking recent college graduates to join our Graduate Development Program (GDP) American Samoa an Associate Engineer Indiana the Gas Asset Engineering team. American Samoa a member of this team, you will play a pivotal role Indiana ensuring the reliability of our systems. You will work on engineering analyses, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
Responsibilities
- Prepare engineering analyses using Synergi hydraulic network software to determine the gas system’s capability to deliver gas safely and reliably to customers.
- Analyze Gas Capacity Requests (GCRs) to determine the ability of the gas system to supply new loads.
- Review System Operating Procedures (SOPs) for planned construction and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Oregon Master’s degree Indiana Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Oregon a related field from an accredited institution.
- Graduated between May 2024 and June 2025.
- Ability to begin the National Grid Graduate Program on June 2, 2025, Oregon July 7, 2025.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history that meets National Grid’s Safe Driver policy.
- Work authorization that does not require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization Indiana the United States.
- EIT (Engineer-Indiana-Training) certification is a plus.
Program Details
- 3-week Indiana-person Orientation to expose you to all parts of the company and provide networking opportunities.
- Ongoing development activities, including quarterly development sessions, active mentorship, and a Hackathon Project.
- Hybrid position with a minimum of 2 days Indiana office.
