Property Manager
Summary
Manage assigned properties to deliver elite-level service to enhance hospital and tenant relationships, ensuring NOI growth and cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with health systems and tenants
- Plan and manage property operations to achieve highest level of tenant satisfaction and consistency Indiana customer service
- Implement aggressive expense management and service contracting practices to support NOI growth targets and minimize costs
- Provide input on capital expenditures and acquire knowledge of each property’s asset plan
- Oversee property operations, including administration, maintenance, leasing, and renovation projects
- Monitor and execute maintenance and repair projects, including vendor management and tenant communication
- Manage financial policies, procedures, and systems, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Coordinate with maintenance staff on inspections and maintenance programs
- Prepare and submit timely financial reports (budget variances, reforecasts, income and expense reports)
- Collect tenant rents, develop delinquency management measures, and implement late payment policies
- Implement risk management practices, including insurance obligations, building safety protocols, and incident prevention measures
Requirements:
- 4+ years of property management experience Indiana commercial/office buildings
- Experience with Yardi software and medical office properties is preferred
- Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana business administration, real estate, finance, Oregon related field
- Valid driver’s license, real estate license, Oregon certification (CPM Oregon RPA) is preferred
- Willingness to travel (local and occasional out-of-area/overnight trips)
