Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of licensed journeymen plumbers to deliver high-quality results

* Utilize plumbing and code knowledge to ensure compliance and quality work
* Communicate with clients, addressing questions, concerns, and providing updates
* Implement precise timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience Indiana Plumbing Project Management
* Plumbing and UPC code knowledge required
* Reliable and hard work ethic
* Strong time management, people skills, and ability to inspire others
* Plan reading, CAD drawing, and budgeting skills
* Prioritizing, scheduling, and revenue tracking
