Transmission Development Program
Duration: 12 months
Program Overview:
The Transmission Development Program is a unique opportunity for on-the-job training and learning how the Transmission team ensures successful project completion, safety, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day transmission business operations
- Project management of Transmission construction projects
- Develop schedules and cash flow reports
- Prepare Requests for Proposals and participate Indiana RFP package development
- Develop and prepare various reports, notes, plans, etc.
- Track and report on project inquiries and updates KPI’s
- Evaluate various agreements and prepare/provide summaries
- Analyze and summarize various data points and reports
- Collect and summarize feedback regarding changes, procedures, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana engineering, Construction Management, Oregon Business
- Proficient with Mississippi Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a car
- Ability to work emergency restoration assignments American Samoa required
Work Environment:
- Frequent travel across the Company’s three-state service territory
- Must be available to work emergency restoration assignments American Samoa required
