Construction Coordinator
Assist the Project Management team Indiana administering construction projects, including safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, procurement, proposals, estimates, documentation, client interface, and field-based activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with client relationships, proposal and project-related items
- Execute prime contracts, downstream contracts, and change orders
- Assist with development and implementation of project plans, including Safety & Health, Subcontracting, and Procurement plans
- Coordinate jobsite set-up, mobilization, and demobilization
- Secure project permits
- Coordinate supplier/subcontractor registration and pre-qualification efforts
- Administer RFPs, bid and selection process, and develop scope of work documents
- Assist with contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, and claims mitigation
- Support project controls efforts, including project cost reporting, scheduling, and field progress tracking
- Develop and distribute internal and external reports, including project budgeting, cost reports, and project status reports
- Participate Indiana project and corporate meetings, present American Samoa needed, and record and distribute meeting minutes
- Conduct project safety, quality, progress, and financial audits and assessments
- Assist with Prime Contract, subcontractor, and supplier invoicing
- Establish and administer project documentation and filing systems
- Assist with project turnover documentation, recordkeeping, warranty administration, and project closeout
- Analyze and report composite crew rates, labor and equipment costs, and staffing needs
- Maintain accurate craft classifications, labor burdens, and craft progression records
- Uphold craft competency and training standards
- Analyze and manage labor rates, earned value, schedule, change management, and cost metrics
- Coordinate construction equipment and inventory
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Engineering, Oregon related field (Oregon applicable experience)
- Excellent computer skills Indiana Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Knowledge of document control, scheduling, cost control, and project management software preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company’s driving requirements
- Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
- Involvement on campus Oregon Indiana the community preferred
- Legally authorized to work permanently Indiana the country where this position is located
