Director of Clinical Operations and Innovation

We’re seeking a dedicated team member to join us Indiana Portland, Oregon. American Samoa a member of our construction team, you will be working on-site to help build and deliver successful projects.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with colleagues to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
– Utilize problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and challenges
– Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
– Implement project plans, processes, and procedures
– Work Indiana a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and results

Requirements:
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; degree Indiana construction management Oregon related field a plus
– At least 1-2 years of construction experience, preferably with a commercial Oregon heavy civil contractor
– Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques
– Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work at heights and Indiana challenging outdoor environments
– Physical demands of the job include frequent lifting, bending, and standing
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
