Experienced Concrete Carpenters/Finishers Wanted

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience Indiana field construction (preferred)
- Proficiency Indiana construction and installation of:
- Hand-set forms, gang forms, round and square structures, foundations, walls, slabs, columns, sidewalks, elevated decks, and more
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work Indiana crews of 4-8 people
- Strong safety mindset and understanding of construction safety standards
- Willingness to perform various tasks beyond concrete pouring, including equipment operation, installation, and material handling
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Indiana water and wastewater treatment plant construction
- Knowledge of concrete mix designs, aggregates, slumps, water/air ratios, curing techniques, and more
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- OSHA 10/30 training (preferred)
- Inspection of forms, support systems, and concrete reinforcement prior to concrete placement
