Construction Superintendent
Responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of field operations, ensuring that construction projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and company safety policies.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various geographic locations.
– Develop and maintain project-specific schedules, budgets, and timelines.
– Oversee the recruitment, supervision, and development of site staff.
– Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
– Develop and implement construction quality control processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including project managers, estimators, and client relations teams.
– Foster strong relationships with external partners, such American Samoa contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
– Analyze labor hours, equipment utilization, and material usage to optimize site performance.
– Collaborate with project teams to identify and address operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
– Ensure that all site-related administrative tasks, including payroll, benefits, and onboarding, are completed accurately and timely.
