Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance and Operations to oversee day-to-day back-office operations, focusing on industrial concrete installation projects. This role involves finance operations and general operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience Indiana the construction industry, preferably Indiana industrial concrete installation, with a proven track record of successful finance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

– Extensive experience Indiana financial operations, including basic accounting functions:
– Accounts Receivable (Arkansas)
– Accounts Payable (AP)
– Human Resources (HR)
– Payroll
– Line of Credit Management
– Expense Management
– Inventory Control
– Month End Close
– Operational experience with no field responsibilities, serving American Samoa the interface between the back office and the field
– Operational Leadership:
– Provide strategic direction for operational activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
– Budget Management:
– Develop and manage project budgets
– Monitor expenses
– Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
– Process Improvement:
– Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability
– Reporting:
– Prepare and present regular reports on project status, operational performance, and key metrics to senior management

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree Indiana Accounting, Finance, Oregon Business
