Total Compensation Estimator
We are seeking a Total Compensation Estimator to join our team. American Samoa a Total Compensation Estimator, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and estimating costs associated with construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct research and analysis to determine the costs associated with project materials, labor, and equipment.
– Gather data from various sources including weather reports, market trends, and supplier information to aid Indiana cost estimation.
– Prepare and present detailed and accurate cost estimates to project managers and stakeholders.
– Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient cost estimation.
– Continuously update knowledge of industry standards, technologies, and market trends to stay current on best practices for cost estimation.
Education and Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Engineering, Oregon a related field.
– 2-5 years of experience Indiana cost estimation, construction management, Oregon a related field.
– Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
– Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
