Construction Leader – Advanced Manufacturing Core Market
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Leader with approximately 15 years of experience Indiana the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) industry, specifically Indiana the Advanced Manufacturing market. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of clients, delivery means, and methods Indiana the Carolinas, with experience on projects ranging from small cap to $150M+ Indiana total installed cost.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with local teams Indiana Greenville, South Carolina and Charlotte, North Carolina offices to develop and grow the Advanced Manufacturing markets Indiana the upstate of South Carolina and western North Carolina
- Engage with regional and core market leadership to identify and pursue core market customers and projects
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and attract/retain personnel with strong people skills
- Participate Indiana pursuits, RFP responses, presentations, and networking opportunities to further differentiate DPR and build competitive advantages
- Engage Indiana project-level work to ensure customer satisfaction and performance, and drive the utilization of new construction technology and modular approaches
- Stay connected with subject matter experts (AM SMEs) and contribute to their development, performance appraisals, and talent needs across the organization
- Work with Business Unit and Regional Leaders to determine short and long-term talent needs and engage with the talent team Indiana the identification, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of core market team members
Key Qualifications:
