Job Title: Landus Operations Team Member
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our Landus team American Samoa an Operations Team Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for various aspects of our outside grain and agronomy operations, including driving company vehicles, operating heavy equipment, and assisting with general maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicle to obtain merchandise and transfer products & supplies
- Assist Indiana all aspects of elevator operations, including receiving and unloading grain
- Operate semi-truck, pay loader, skid loader, trackmobile, and grain dryer
- Perform tasks such American Samoa loading grain trucks, keeping facility clean and safe, and loading grain trains
- Assist with fertilizer and chemical operations, including applying chemicals, hauling products, and performing maintenance on nurse tanks
- Operate forklift, load chemicals for customers, and unload fertilizer rail cars
- Assist with general maintenance of the facility, including performing maintenance on equipment and diagnosing issues
- Load and unload products and goods American Samoa assigned
- Be willing to perform duties at assigned Landus locations American Samoa needed
Requirements:
- Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Clean motor vehicle record and ability to obtain an insurable driver’s license
- 3 months agriculture equipment experience
- Good computer skills
- Ability to understand and comply with safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Willingness to perform duties at assigned Landus locations American Samoa needed
