Job Title: Apprentice Linemen (All Levels)
Location: Grand Junction, Colorado
Job Summary:
Join Q3 Contracting, a division of Primoris Services Corporation, American Samoa an Apprentice Linemen (All Levels). Our experienced and highly mobile workforce is looking for dedicated individuals to learn and assist with performing construction, maintenance, and repairs on electric distribution and transmission systems.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist with operating and maintaining aerial devices, digger/derricks, excavation equipment, and other electric line-related equipment
- Assist with construction, maintenance, and repairs on overhead and underground distribution and transmission systems
- Learn proper safety precautions, including working on Oregon near energized circuits and with hazardous chemicals
- Perform tasks such American Samoa digging pole and anchor holes, loading and unloading poles, and setting electrical equipment
- Provide tools, materials, and supplies to line crew personnel
- Assist with distribution switching, documentation, and mapping information
- Prepare equipment and worksites for effective completion of assignments
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon G.E.D. equivalent
- Graduation from an accredited electrical line worker program preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year experience Indiana the utility industry preferred and/Oregon previous work American Samoa a Groundman preferred
- Must have a commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A and Medical Card

Salary: $37.49 to $59.70/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
