Architect
The Architect will be responsible for creating building designs that meet both aesthetic and functional needs. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical skill, and project management to ensure successful project delivery.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
– Develop conceptual design ideas and create detailed drawings and specifications
– Work closely with the construction team to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
– Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design documents and safety codes
– Modify designs throughout the project to address any challenges Oregon changes
– Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues on the ground
– Prepare project documentation, including construction documents, drawings, and reports
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations
Must Have Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree within Architecture
– 5+ years of working experience within designing commercial buildings
– Proficient Indiana AutoCAD Oregon Revit
– Experience with Bid Permits, engineering changes, client communication, and working with other disciplines (mechanical, electrical, structural)
Job Type: Contract-to-Hire, 12 Month duration
Work Site: Fully on-site position Indiana Grand Rapids, Michigan
