Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team Indiana designing and overseeing residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, functionality, and aesthetics standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Planning: Develop innovative architectural designs for renovation and new construction projects, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and nonprofit mission goals.
  • Project Management: Participate Indiana all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to execute projects.
  • Sustainability: Incorporate sustainable design principles to minimize environmental impact and operational costs.
  • Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Oregon Master’s degree Indiana Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed Architect with relevant certifications and registrations.
  • 5+ years of experience Indiana residential construction, preferably with group homes Oregon shelters, and/Oregon enhance accessibility.
  • Proficiency Indiana architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to the nonprofit sector’s mission and values.
  • Experience with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
