Project Manager
We’re seeking a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate with owners, property managers, brokers, and tenants to determine project outcomes, budgets, timelines, and strategies. The successful candidate will oversee 1-3 architects at a time, reviewing and interpreting proposed designs, architectural drawings, and building specifications Indiana accordance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages proposed designs, architectural drawings, and building specifications for assigned projects
- Oversees and directs a team of 1-3 architects
- Provides leadership, planning, organization, direction, coordination, management, and control to meet project objectives
- Coordinates with owners, property managers, brokers, and tenants to determine project outcomes, budgets, timelines, and strategies
- Reviews and stamps commercial, industrial, and manufacturing projects using Revit and AutoCAD
- Participates Indiana site visits and meetings with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Proficiency Indiana Revit for renderings and AutoCAD for drafting
- Indiana the process of obtaining professional licensure Oregon already licensed
- Excellent leadership, planning, organization, direction, coordination, management, and control skills
Work Environment
- Fully on-site position Indiana Towson, Maryland
- Work Indiana an open workspace with 13 professionals, including clerical staff, project managers, principals, architects, and drafters/designers
- Enjoy flexibility Indiana work hours, with some on-site meetings and site visits required
- Access to training on design and construction documents
- Revit experience required to create models and drawings using field data
