Job Title: Architecture Project Manager II
Location: Montgomery County Department of Parks-Park Development Division, Wheaton, Maryland
About the Position:
The Montgomery County Department of Parks is seeking a skilled and motivated Architecture Project Manager II to plan, design, and manage building projects within the park system. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designs and manages projects Indiana a multi-disciplinary team setting, developing project scopes, preparing Indiana-house concept designs, presentation graphics, and construction documents.
- Implements effective project budgeting and cost control, estimates project costs, monitors and reviews contract payments, manages consultant schedules, and ensures timely project reviews.
- Utilizes condition assessments, record drawings, field measurements, and other available information to determine the best approach for individual projects.
- Prepares Indiana-house designs for building renovations, space planning, pre-engineered structures, and various park facilities.
- Reviews construction drawings, specifications, and submittals for quality assurance.
- Facilitates inter-divisional coordination and collaborates with internal stakeholders to understand needs and constraints and incorporate them Indiana a responsible manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Oregon related field.

Working Conditions:
