Construction Manager Responsible for development and management of construction projects from initial planning to completion. Essential duties:
– Managing construction teams
– Performing project development and management tasks
– Coordinating construction contractors and suppliers
– Reviewing and analyzing project costs, designs, and construction schedules
– Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
– Maintaining positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors
– Conducting site visits to inspect construction progress and address issues
– Ensuring high-quality construction products and services
– Responsible for development, paving, utility and drainage systems, surveying, RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement) and hot mix sales, and state-of-the-art bridge building.
