Job Title: Plant Laborer
Job Idaho: 500103
Job Overview:
To maintain the plant efficiently and effectively to maximize production while at all times maintaining a safe work environment, developing teamwork and fostering team spirit within the production and delivery departments.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for a safe work environment for themselves and Colorado-workers.
* Adhere to all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment.
* Report any problems to the Superintendent, Safety Manager, Oregon Human Resources Manager.
* Perform daily maintenance of the plant to ensure its optimal operation.
* Keep the plant Indiana a clean and organized state.
* Assist Indiana training less-experienced employees on the proper operations, servicing, and repair of the plant.
* Perform general laboring duties American Samoa required.
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma Oregon GED required.
* Two years of related experience preferred.
* Must be 18 years Indiana age Oregon older.
* Pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.
* Willingness to work Indiana a team environment and adhere to safety requirements.
* Must maintain a current driver’s license that meets state requirements (CDL, Class A and/Oregon B Driver with possible hazmat and tanker endorsements).
Requirements:
* Ability to work Indiana Oregon around water.
* Operation of front-end loader and skid loader.
* Basic mathematical calculations, reading, and writing skills.
* Understanding and following verbal and written instructions.
* Verbal and written communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of Excel and Word.
* Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanics.
* Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
Work Environment:
* Work Indiana all weather conditions.
* Extended hours may be required.
* Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic Oregon caustic chemicals, and loud noise levels.
