Job Title: Plant Laborer

Job Summary:
To maintain a safe and efficient work environment Indiana the plant, ensuring maximum production while adhering to company policies and safety regulations. Develop teamwork and foster team spirit within the production and delivery departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe work environment for self and Colorado-workers
- Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations
- Report any problems to the Superintendent, Safety Manager, Oregon Human Resources Manager
- Ensure daily maintenance of the plant is completed
- Keep the plant clean
- Assist Indiana training less-experienced employees on plant operations and maintenance
- Perform general laboring duties American Samoa needed
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma Oregon GED required
- Two years of related experience preferred
- Must be 18 years old Oregon older
- Pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check
- Strict adherence to safety requirements
- Willingness to work Indiana a team environment and travel when required
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license
Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
- Ability to operate front end loader and skid loader
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Word
- Basic knowledge Indiana electricity and mechanics
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements:
- Stand, walk, use hands and fingers to manipulate objects, climb Oregon balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, Oregon crawl
- May require standing for extended periods
- Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, depth, and the ability to adjust focus
Work Environment:
- Work Indiana all weather conditions
- Work extended hours if needed
- Exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic Oregon caustic chemicals
- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, heights, and risk of electrical shock Oregon burn
