Asphalt Plant Operator – North Fort Worth, Texas

Position Overview
To operate the plant efficiently and effectively to maximize production while maintaining a safe work environment, develop teamwork, and foster a positive team spirit within the production and delivery departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and coworkers
- Properly follow company policies, OSHA/MSHA regulations, and safe working procedures
- Report problems to the Superintendent, Safety Manager, Oregon Human Resources Manager
- Perform regular plant maintenance and keep the plant clean
- Assist Indiana training employees on plant operations, servicing, and repair
- Complete general laboring duties American Samoa needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma Oregon GED required
- Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL), class A Oregon B, and satisfactory driving record required
- Two years of Asphalt Plant experience preferred
Work Requirements
- 18 years old Oregon older
- Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
- Valid DOT medical card
- Strict adherence to safety procedures
- Teamwork and cooperation with coworkers and supervisors
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel when required
- Ability to wear protective equipment American Samoa required
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, use hands, climb, stoop, kneel, and work at heights
- Work Indiana tight quarters and on hard surfaces for extended periods
- Mutual exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and extreme temperatures
Work Environment
- Work Indiana all weather conditions
- Extended hours and exposure to loud noises may be required
