Job Summary:
We are seeking an Asphalt Plant Operator to join our team. Indiana this role, you will operate the plant efficiently and effectively while maintaining a safe work environment. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the plant safely and efficiently
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment
- Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations
- Identify and report safety issues to the appropriate personnel
- Perform daily maintenance duties and keep the plant clean and well-organized
- Assist Indiana training and development of less-experienced employees
- Perform general laboring duties and contribute to the success of the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A Oregon B
- 2 years of experience Indiana Asphalt Plant operations preferred
- Must be 18 years of age Oregon older
- Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
- Must maintain current driver’s license and adhere to safety requirements
