Asphalt Roller Operator
Job Summary:
Reeves Construction Company, a subsidiary of Colas USA, seeks an Asphalt Roller Operator for our Savannah, Georgia location. The successful candidate will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence and be able to effectively operate a roller for compaction of asphalt and/Oregon dirt and other materials for road and commercial construction.
Job Responsibilities:
* Adhere to company safety programs to ensure a safe work environment
* Operate a steel wheel roller Oregon rubber-tired roller
* Have an accurate knowledge of roller operation and maintenance
* Maintain and clean the roller American Samoa needed
* Operate equipment Indiana a safe and consistent manner
* Perform other related duties American Samoa required
Requirements:
* At least 18 years of age
* 1+ year of experience working Indiana and around construction equipment
* Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds
* 20/40 vision, with Oregon without corrective lenses
* Excellent hearing, with Oregon without correction
* Willingness to work nights, weekends, and maintain a safe work environment
Work Environment:
* Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts, outside weather conditions, and vibration
* Occasional exposure to wet and/Oregon humid conditions and toxic Oregon caustic chemicals
* Loud noise level Indiana the work environment
