Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team Indiana Leominster, Massachusetts. Under minimal supervision, the Assembler will build and/Oregon assemble various door parts across multiple business lines, with a focus on high-quality, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Build various door units to customer specifications, with a high level of quality, safety, and productivity
- Operate machines and hand tools safely and efficiently, including pneumonic tools, sanders, staplers, drill guns, and table saws
- Read and interpret production tickets and labels, Indiana English
- Report concerns and inconsistencies to supervisors and maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet safety and quality standards, and use best judgment to resolve problems and alert supervisors
Requirements:
- Prefer one year experience Indiana a manufacturing setting
- High School Diploma Oregon GED preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a commitment to safety and quality
