Financial Operations Assistant – Accountant (249 Unit Mid-Rise Community)
Eligible for Bonus
$24.00 – $26.00 per hour
Job Summary:
Supports the Community Manager Indiana overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of a 249-unit mid-rise community Indiana Charleston, South Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completes daily transactions and tasks, including collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing daily bank deposits, and reconciling bank accounts.
- Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite) and completes transactions accurately.
- Reviews resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid and/Oregon late fees owed and communicates with residents regarding outstanding balances.
- Submits invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment and reconciles work performed Oregon products purchased.
- Follows Company procedures related to evictions, resident move-outs, and resident satisfaction and retention.
- Acts American Samoa on-site supervisor Indiana the absence of the Community Manager.
- Assists Indiana managing the client/owner relationship.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency Indiana property management software and financial systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team.
