Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Indiana planning, scheduling, and evaluating preventative maintenance programs
  • Help establish priorities for total property maintenance needs
  • Supervise daily operations, including equipment and staff management
  • Maintain and operate equipment at optimum effectiveness, efficiency, and safety
  • Supervise the distribution of repair orders
  • Assist Indiana maintaining grounds, meetings rooms, ballrooms, public spaces, restaurants, property vehicles, and recreational facilities American Samoa needed
  • Serve American Samoa technical liaison for all departments Indiana property
  • Supervise Engineering Indiana the absence of the Director of Engineering

  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met

Salaries and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $85,000 to $109,000 annually
