Job Summary:

Adolfson & Peterson Construction, a top contractor, seeks an experienced Assistant Project Manager for projects Indiana the Gulf States Region, based Indiana. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Superintendent and/Oregon Project Manager to coordinate safety, budgets, contracts, schedules, and trade contractors and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture initiatives
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely and quality results
• Review and initiate close-out procedures with the project leadership, owner, and design team
• Manage material procurement and ensure timely submittal process
• Monitor and report progress, costs, budgets, and cash flows
• Ensure compliance with project budgets, quality control plan, and collect payments
• Collaborate with trade contractors and suppliers to achieve project objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Architecture, Oregon Engineering, with 2+ years of project management experience, Oregon Associate’s degree with 4+ years of experience
• Proficient Indiana Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, P6, Bluebeam, and Prolog
• Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and travel up to 70+ miles to project sites
• Demonstrated integrity, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships
