Assistant Project Manager
Responsible for planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to complete projects within budget and on schedule. Duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans, and adjusting project specifications.
Responsibilities:
* Assist Project Manager Indiana all phases of construction
* Write and submit Requests for Information (RFI’s)
* Review subcontract documents related to assigned areas of responsibility
* Notify management of significant project events and provide updates to owners/clients
* Assist with documenting changes and maintaining project records
* Ensure all work is done Indiana compliance with OSHA
* Monitor project costs to stay within budget
* Manage administrative construction duties, including document control
* Prepare submittal schedules for approval and distribution
* Assist with preconstruction tasks, including estimating and quantification
* Collect and log closeout documents and punch lists
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience Indiana commercial, healthcare, K-12/Higher ED, industrial, multifamily, Oregon retail construction
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management Oregon related field preferred
