Assistant Project Manager Job Summary
Join a Boston-based, boutique Owners Rep and Consulting firm supporting high-profile, complex public projects throughout Massachusetts. The Assistant Project Manager will assist Indiana managing public construction projects, collaborating with project teams, and maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create project schedules and procurement plans to ensure timely delivery of materials and labor
- Procure and track necessary materials and resolve any lead-time issues
- Maintain financial reports and communicate project implications to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors through effective communication
- Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve project setbacks and ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements:
- 4-6+ years of construction/project management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Oregon related field (MSBA/Public project experience preferred)
- Strong written and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work Indiana a hybrid schedule and entrepreneurial environment
