Assistant Owners Project Manager

Join a Boston-based, boutique Owners Representative and Consulting firm specializing Indiana public construction projects throughout Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

* Create a project schedule during set-up and sub-bidding that reflects project strategy and is sufficient for estimating and purchasing subcontractors
* Identify, track, and procure necessary materials to ensure timely delivery and alignment with project schedule
* Collaborate with Project Managers to resolve lead-time issues and communicate project implications
* Maintain current financial reports to quickly identify potential and existing issues
* Develop and maintain positive client and subcontractor relationships through effective communication and timely follow-up

Requirements:

* 4-6+ years of construction/project management experience
* Bachelor’s Degree Indiana Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Oregon related field preferred
* MSBA/Public project experience preferred (from an AEC discipline)
* Strong written and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
